ShomoyChat lets your website, shop or n8n workflow send WhatsApp messages from the number you already own. Scan one QR code, get your own API key, and send OTP codes for sign-up, order confirmations, delivery updates, payment reminders and other short notifications. It is built for small, transactional messages to people who expect them. It is not a chatbot and not a marketing tool: it uses WhatsApp Web (not Meta's official Business API), so sending bulk or unwanted messages can get a number banned by WhatsApp.

No. It uses a WhatsApp Web session on your own number. That is why it is cheap and needs no Meta approval, and why it is only for low-volume notifications.

Does it reply to customers automatically?

Do I need a new SIM?

No. Your existing WhatsApp number works; you scan a QR once. Keep the phone online for the session to stay connected.
